Review - Sweet Reckoning (Sweet Trilogy #3) - Wendy Higgins

*Sigh* The end of another amazing series. It's sad to think, I waited so long to read this final chapter in the series and now it's all over. There will be no more Kaiden and Anna.
Anyway, that's enough moping. This is the final book in the sweet Trilogy and the most 'seat of your pants' atmosphere yet. I'm not going to give any spoilers or ruin any part of it for those who haven't read it yet, but just to say...WOW! Worth the wait!!
From the very beginning it jumped straight back into the action where Sweet Peril left off and there wasn't a single moment without full on awesomeness for the rest of the book. All the other characters are still around with more added twists and turns. Also some big shockers thrown is as well, full on mouth-wide-open-catching-flies shock! Must admit, i did find myself needing some tissues at various points in the book. I won't say for what or where, just be prepared, it can get a bit ugly with the constant nose running! The ending was perfection of course. Knowing that it was the last in the series, I knew it would have to be something special to end the series with. It really was. I was so impressed with how it ended. I can't think of 1 single thing to complain about. As with the other 2 books in the series, it was beautifully written and the imagination that went in to the paranormal elements of the story was incredible. I was left in awe at the depth of the story, just how much thought had gone into the bigger picture with the Angels/Demons/Nephilim aspects. I'm sad to see this series come to an end, but i truly loved every minute of it. It's definitely a series i will re-read in the near future. 5 shiny stars!
